We liked that the hotel has very very nice staff, they always greeted us with a smile, was very eager to help us, and always answered our questions in a polite manner. The hotel room was also very clean, and had good housekeeping services. We loved that the room provided Netflix and YouTube. They also had a very cute bunny which I never forgot to say hi to whenever passing the front desk.

The location was a bit far from the station, and it could be a little scary walking around the area.

The rabbit in the lobby is the best thing in the world. The workers are friendly and amazing. We love this place. Love the industrial decorations and convenience

When I was walking on the street approaching the hotel I was a bit shocked as from the outside it looked a bit rough. However after taking the elevator to the 4th floor it was just like you would enter into a different world. I have never seem such interesting concept of hotel like that. Very cool, smart, simple but modern, clean and super great personal and service.I had a great stay. Enjoyed the 24hour gym included in the stay which was only 6 min walk.Well done!!

There are Japanese toilets! The industrial design is strong and clean. The staff were lovely. The room was small but it had everything one needs including daily snacks.

An electrical plug on the left side of my bed wasn’t working. There was no place to unpack underwear. Maybe not having drawers for drawers is a thing in Taiwan. I prefer to unpack.

The front staff were very friendly and willing to help. Gym access is a plus (not on-site, it’s a cooperation with a nearby gym)

I had an issue with my room key where I was unable to enter my room. This happened so many times that I had to switch rooms. The staff were very proactive about allowing me to switch, but it was a little annoying.

Bathroom is very clean, staff is super nice and attentive.

The hotel is located inside a very old and shabby building in the outskirts of Ximending, entrance of the building is so run down but once you get on the hotel floor then it’s ok.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience extra comfortable.

the hotel is a bit far from the metro. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors from other rooms. Also, I booked a room with a “garden view,” but in reality it was just a tree and a few nearby buildings — not exactly private, especially when using the bathroom.

Great location and quite clean and modern

Everything is fine except that there is a step to the bathroom, which is not so friendly for elderly. Other than that, the room is nice and cosy. Value for money. And it a short work to the heart of ximending. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. I like the bathroom; very bright and functional. Nespresso machine is nice.

The 1st floor lobby is decrepit. The hallways are dark, the walls are thin. In the room the ceiling is low, no where to open suitcase or place clothes. The room is humid.

They OVER CHARGED us of 20 USD $ that the price on the booking and after asking I didn't get any refund! The floor was super noisy at night, not sure if they do construction downstairs but almost all night there was big and very loud noise from the floor.

The industrial-style décor creates a strong design atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby. Adding to that, the warm attitude of the staff further enhances my impression of Atour Hotel. The room is well-equipped, and the TV even offers free Netflix – truly enjoyable!

However, the room is rather small, and the soundproofing is not very good.

Great location, friendly staff, cute bunny, great room with a view, all in all, a really easy place to access and stop for our first visit to Taipei

Central location in Ximen, very friendly and helpful staff, view of tree from the room, a modern bathroom with strong showerhead, free gym access nearby and Netflix!

The room was a bit more claustrophobic than how it looks in photos

The hotel staffs are great. They are super friendly and attentive to the guests. One of the hotel staffs gave us some dessert while waiting for our van on our last day. And I really appreciated the heat pack that one of the staffs gave our grandma. Thank u for that. The location is nice. The rooms are great also. They have Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso! The bathroom in the lobby is very clean. Plus the Japanese toilets. The bunny in the lobby is fun to look for every time you come back and go out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Taipei.

The hotel is located in the 4th floor. It is hard to find the time you arrive. The housekeeping also took a long time. We booked 2 rooms, at the time of check in only one room is available. We have to wait for I think for more than 1 hour for our other room.
